For buyers
- Browse. Every listing has a hero photo, a video walkthrough, an honest About section, and (where available) verified revenue and traffic.
- Make an offer or ask a question. Use the buttons on the listing detail page. We respond within 48 hours.
- Fund escrow. Once you and the seller agree, we set up an Escrow.com transaction. You wire funds to escrow, not to the seller.
- Asset transfer. Domain push, repo transfer, customer data migration — we facilitate. Most transfers complete within 7 days.
- Funds release. Escrow releases funds to the seller on your confirmation. 30-day post-sale support window starts.
For sellers
- Consign your business. Phase 1 is invite-only — we open seller signup in Phase 2. Email hello@bizconsign.comif you’d like to consign now.
- Verified by tier.Listings under $10K auto-publish. $10K–$50K requires verified analytics. Above $50K we manually review P&L. The right tier earns a badge buyers see at a glance.
- You stay in control. You set the price. You accept or counter offers. You can pull the listing anytime before escrow.
The fees
7% flat success fee, deducted when escrow releases funds. No listing fees. No memberships. No upfront costs. We make money only when you do.
Escrow.com charges a separate fee (~0.89% pass-through) for fund holding and dispute mediation. Stripe charges standard processing on the success-fee invoice we send you.
